Purpose While the main purpose of reporting – e.g. for taxes is to gauge economic state a company, fact that done at pre-determined dates distorts results. For example, create larger impression their productivity, companies fire temporary workers before date and re-hire then right away. The this study decide how avoid such distortion. Design/methodology/approach This aims come up with solution which applicable all possible reasonable optimality criteria. Thus, general formalism describing analyzing criteria used. Findings shows most distortion problems will disappear if fixed are replaced individualized random dates. also criteria, optimal way assign do it uniformly. Research limitations/implications Practical implications It found tax would be beneficial economy. Social society as whole.
